The staff at the Marcel At Gramercy were fantastic, ensuring we had a great time in NYC. the room was clean and tidy, with a decent size. Good location in a nice area, close to the Lexington Line and Broadway Line Metro stations. the doormen were always helpful, the front desk staff were attentive and the maintenance man provided excellent customer service when my AC needed fixing. the hotel offers everything you need for an enjoyable experience, making it a perfect urban oasis between Flatiron and NoMad neighborhoods. the location allowed us to explore Murray Hill restaurants and nightlife, as well as easy access to trendy shops and restaurants in the East Village and 5th Avenue shopping. All in all, a great overall experience with a touch of contemporary sophistication.
